Saturday is day when most of you don’t work. It is different at #elenascafe in Boston.
This Saturday we need to feed 220 people. So we need to start early in the morning, to be ready for the lunch. This is our kitchen at 7 am, that Saturday. We are preparing hors d’ oeuvres for 220 people.
